COMPANY VISION
As President and CEO, Awny Khashoggi’s vision has earned the Orlando-based company the reputation of the industry’s most innovative furnishings rental company. He works exclusively with select leading manufacturers and designers from Italy, Portugal, Mexico, Canada, and the United States to bring the hottest new trends. It is Khashoggi’s astute attention to detail and his fine eye for design that allows Unique Option to set the “style standard” each season.
“Furnishings must have trendy colors, a stylish silhouette, and functionality,” says Khashoggi. “We have to look past what’s ‘in’ now and focus on what will be next.” After all, isn’t that what defines cutting edge?
Khashoggi is known for his masterful consulting assistance in developing solutions to event decorating challenges and has been referred to repeatedly as the industry’s foremost furnishings and design expert. He is an active member of the International Special Events Society (ISES), Greater Orlando Area Meeting Planners Association (GOAMPI), and the Exhibitor Appointed Contractors Association (EACA). Unique Option works with charities including Hope & Help Center, Give Kids the World and many others. It is also a devoted supporter of the Rosen School of Hospitality in Orlando, FL.
